SHIPPING

To ensure the delivery expectations are met, please allow 2-6 weeks for the delivery of the Desktop Studio after payment verification. Note: Additional shipping fees may apply for interstate and international shipments, depending on your client's location.

INSTALLATION

A Video Systems Technician installs, configures, and tests all of the professional video equipment for your client to ensure high-quality recordings. They are responsible for the technical aspects of the DIY Desktop Studio, including setting up & troubleshooting issues where necessary. Allow at least 2.5 hours for set-up including equipment training.

WARRANTY

12 months warranty for any defective equipment (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Defective items MUST BE reported within the warranty period. 

• Your client must tell us what the defect is and give us time to resolve the issue via a virtual assessment.
• We will repair or replace items after the assessment and within the warranty period.
• If your client is not satisfied when they receive their DIY Studio, please contact us within 30 days.

Modifications to the studio can negatively impact its integrity, reduce its functionality, and void the warranty.

The Desktop Studio offers all the necessary equipment, easily accessible at the touch of a button.

Our studio is built with high-quality video components, rigorously tested and expertly assembled for optimal performance.

Before making the purchase, the client should consider selling any existing equipment that may become redundant with the use of the Desktop Studio.
