During the demo, you’ll see exactly how the Desktop Studio works, how quickly it powers on, how the camera, lighting and teleprompter integrate, and how simple the workflow actually is. This isn’t a flashy showroom pitch. It’s a practical walk-through so you can experience the system in real time and ask specific questions about your space and setup.

Once paperwork, payment and fact-find details are completed, equipment can be shipped within days, with delivery typically taking about a week depending on location.

The logistics fee includes travel for on-site installation, along with shipping, handling, and coordination to ensure everything is set up properly.

Usually yes. If you have time, setup is possible using guided video calls and setup videos. The system is pre-configured, so installation is mostly physical positioning and cable management. However we recommend you save the hassle of learning to do this, by using our qualified technicians to perfect the system so it’s ready for use.

Yes. A dedicated room often works well, especially if multiple people will use the system or if your main desk setup cannot be modified.

Yes. The Desktop Studio is designed for compact spaces and attaches directly to the desk. A controlled room with minimal natural light variation works well, even in small apartments.

A comfortable room size for the Desktop Studio is around 3 x 3 metres, which gives you enough space to frame properly, control lighting, and move comfortably without feeling boxed in. That said, we’ve installed the system in spaces as small as 1.2 metres wide. It’s tight, and it makes installation more challenging, but it is absolutely doable.

Only if natural light can be controlled. High volumes of uncontrolled daylight will wash out the image and reduce consistency. Blinds are strongly recommended so the room can switch into “recording mode” by blocking daylight and relying solely on studio lighting.

Desktop Studio should be placed where you’ll realistically use it most often. If your office is a quiet room with controllable light and minimal interruptions, that’s perfect. The setup is designed to stay fixed in one location, wherever you can achieve the most control and consistency. If multiple people are using it, then a dedicated, quiet room on a sit/stand desk is preferred as the setup is designed to stay fixed in one location.

No. The offering is a complete desktop video studio hardware system. It’s a single, integrated solution rather than individual components or software subscriptions. We will recommend appropriate software for your computer to purchase yourself.

Yes. A dedicated computer that stays plugged in is recommended. This allows for faster recording with fewer setup steps and avoids issues caused by shared devices or security restrictions.

There is no strict specification. The recommendation is to use a laptop that is no older than five years. Any modern, reliable laptop will run the system effectively.

It’s partially disassembled for shipping but fully configured and tested beforehand. Core components are already built and calibrated in our Sydney based assembly line. Setup mainly involves mounting, positioning, and cable management.

After year one, the system remains fully serviceable. If a component needs replacing, we’ll organise the part and have it sent out. Because the system is modular, individual components can be replaced without rebuilding the entire setup.

The full Premium Desktop Studio weighs approximately 15 kilograms. Additional upgrades add to this but are light weight.

Yes. You can position your monitors either side of the PrompterMax or both on one side. The key is keeping the screens as close to the teleprompter and camera as possible. That way, when you glance between screens, there’s only a slight turn of the head rather than a noticeable shift in your eye line, keeping you visually connected to the camera. Monitor arms are strongly recommended.
