This limitation is because the majority of our clients are new to video and find value in the support we provide to ensure a smooth onboarding process for video content. The Desktop Studio requires a sturdy (sit or stand) desk with a minimum of 7cm of available clamp space to attach the studio safely.

If this is not possible, then drilling through the surface (top) of the desk is the only option.

The powerful plug-and-play video solution is compatible with any computer operating system and a broad range of software applications, such as Zoom for superior video conferencing. 

You will simply need a USB2/C to connect to a macOS or Windows compatible computer (less than 5 years old) and your Desktop Studio appears as a webcam & mic in all your favourite apps.

Then connect your teleprompter (using the supplied HDMI/USBC cable) which will show as an extended monitor display.

If you are already using two or more computer screens at your desk, it may be necessary to recommend additional hardware to accommodate the teleprompter. This would depend on whether your computer system supports it.

A professional video technician will deliver and set up your DIY Desktop Studio anywhere in Australia (additional fees may apply).

Delivery time is 3 weeks from payment verification.

Allow at least 2.5 hours of set-up including equipment training.

12 months warranty for any defective equipment (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).

You must tell us what the defect is and give us time to resolve the issue via a virtual assessment.

We will repair or replace items after the assessment and within the warranty period.
