1. Download and Set Up Presentation Prompter
   
   • Download Presentation Prompter to your computer.
   • Drag it from your Applications folder to your dock for easy access.
2. Configure Display Settings
   • Go to System Preferences > Displays > Display Settings.
   • Set the teleprompter monitor as an extended display (not mirrored).
3. Launch Presentation Prompter
   
   • Open Presentation Prompter and go to preview mode.
